As part of the EmbeckGroup, QFS has been proud to supply the catering industry throughout the North East and Yorkshire for over a decade. Based at our distribution centre in Middlesbrough, the group is a collection of companies employing 75 people from the local area, and running a fleet of 25 vehicles dedicated to bringing the best produce to national chains, independent restaurants, retailers, and healthcare, government and educational institutions throughout region.
Fresh Produce is at the heart of our business, however in this industry, diversification is vital and so we now offer a vast range of chilled, ambient and frozen foods. Passionate about customer service and quality, along with the strong values that we were built on, QFS has become one of the largest and most dynamic wholesale catering companies in the area.
We strongly believe in supporting local businesses as it not only reduces food miles, but also ensures that money remains in the area and is re-invested locally many times which helps to sustain the local economy.
